CPRD has generated high-fidelity synthetic datasets using a synthetic data generation and evaluation framework that was developed under a grant from the Regulators’ Pioneer Fund launched by The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) and managed by Innovate UK.

Extraction of test and measurement data in CPRD Aurum
CPRD has recently reviewed the processing demands of using the EXTRACT online tool to extract test events and/or measurement data.
Revised policy on lifespan of approved protocols
In response to a recent review of CPRD’s policy on approved protocols for studies using CPRD data, we will be introducing a 4-year lifespan on all protocols following approval by the Independent Scientific Advisory Committee (ISAC).
